A lawyer is different from everyone else because he thinks in a special way. A lawyer is not a lawyer's credential. A lawyer is legal (lawyer's) thinking. How lawyers think, that as a result of their thinking there is a perspective position on the case, understanding of tactics of its implementation - these are two key questions of advocacy, without an answer to which there can be no lawyer.

The lawyers who have mastered the technology of criminal case analysis claim that they have come to understand what and how they should do when preparing for the process, or already in the process realizing the position on the case. Their activity is no longer intuitive, it has become organized and more efficient. And efficiency is a direct path to success.
